Construction

Pre-assembled cables are constructed of three insulated conductors: one insulated neutral conductor, which may be AAACo ACSR, and one insulated pilot conductor, twisted together. The phase and pilot conductors are constructed of 1350-H19 aluminum alloy wire, respectively, stranded concentrically. They are covered with a uniform layer of black cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), resistant to moisture, heat, and sunlight. They are packaged in reels in lengths tailored to customer requirements.
